E2E Networks said on Monday, October 26, that it proposed to expand its capacity by 5.4 MW for NVIDIA HGX B300 systems and other GPUs. This move will take its total capacity to 14.6 MW. The company plans to use internal funds and debt to meet rising AI service demand.
E2E Networks on Monday, October 26, said it has proposed to expand its capacity by approximately 5.4 mega watt (MW) for NVIDIA HGX B300 systems and other graphic processing units (GPUs).
The company, in an exchange filing, said this will take its total capacity to around 14.6 MW if the expansion is implemented in full.
It said the proposed addition would build on its existing capacity of approximately 9.2 MW, which is being used to provide GPU cloud infrastructure and other artificial intelligence (AI)-related services.
The company has not specified a timeline for the expansion or the investment required. It said it plans to finance the addition through a combination of internal accruals and debt, with the final capital expenditure depending on the infrastructure deployed.
E2E Networks said the proposed capacity addition would help it cater to the demand for GPUs and related services. The rollout will be guided by its infrastructure deployment plan and anticipated demand for AI computing services.
The filing does not specify how the additional capacity will be allocated between NVIDIA HGX B300 systems and other Blackwell GPUs. The company has also not disclosed customer details or projected revenue from the proposed expansion.
E2E Networks did not provide a specific utilisation figure for its existing infrastructure, stating that the precise level could be determined from its internal operational data.
The company said the investment required would depend on the actual deployment of the proposed infrastructure and the associated capital expenditure. It has not disclosed a commissioning date or a breakdown of the funding to be raised through internal accruals and debt.
If completed in full, the proposed 5.4 MW addition would increase E2E Networks' capacity by about 59% from its existing 9.2 MW.
E2E Networks shares were trading 4.84% higher at ₹593.45 on the NSE on October 26, up ₹27.40 for the day.
