India had a shaky start in the 5th T20I against New Zealand. Abhishek Sharma fell early to Adam Milne after scoring just one run. Samson also struggled to find his rhythm against the bowlers. Kishan hit a few shots, but India reached 9/1 in 3 overs during the final match.

Duffy continues and his first ball of the second over is short and wide. Kishan crashes it over covers and that is the first six of the evening for India. Kishan then digs out a yorker and the batters run two. Then a length ball on leg and Kishan bottom-hands it fine for a four. Single next ball, Samson then misses his swing and he dabs the last towards short third man for a single.

Kishan is on 13 off seven, Samson on four off nine.

India 9/1 in 3 overs

Swing, he does, and he perishes. Just short of a good length, that first ball from Milne, Abhishek gives it the kitchen sink, it goes into the hands of the fielder at mid-on.

India 2/1 in 1.1 overs

A couple of singles is all India get from that first over by Jacob Duffy, off the second and third balls. Adam Milne now to bowl the second and Abhishek is on strike. The Indian is going to swing for the first ball for sure.

All right then, the national anthems are done and we are ready to go for the final of the series. Will New Zealand end it on a high or will India reiterate their dominance?
