Earlier, he arrived at the Telangana Bhavan, where he was accorded a warm welcome by Ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, party leaders and workers who had gathered to participate in the Opposition rally.

Ministers, Legislators, MPs and party functionaries accompanied the Chief Minister, while party leaders and workers began moving towards Ramlila Maidan to attend the public meeting.
