BJP leader Sambit Patra called Rahul Gandhi an enemy of India today. He alleged that Gandhi works with foreign forces to plot a regime change. Patra questioned the November 1 protest date at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan, linking it to the 1984 riots. The party said it has evidence of these activities.

BJP leader Sambit Patra has launched a sharp attack on Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of working with forces outside India to destabilise the country and pursue an alleged regime-change agenda. Patra cited the proposed November 1 protest at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan and invoked the 1984 anti-Sikh riots to question the Congress's choice of date. He also targeted people advocating regime change and alleged that foreign connections were being used to weaken India's democratic institutions. Patra said the BJP would present what it claims is evidence of Rahul Gandhi's activities abroad at a further press conference.
