The traffic police have listed key diversions in Central Delhi, likely regulations on bus movements and suggested alternate routes to reach the New Delhi Railway Station.
The rally is part of the Opposition bloc's campaign, demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar over alleged electoral irregularities and cancellation of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.

A separate passage will be provided near Lok Nayak Jai Prakash (LNJP) Hospital for emergency vehicles.
Parking arrangements have been made at the railway parking area opposite the hospital, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) parking lots and Rajghat, the police have said.
Timings
The traffic restrictions will be in place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on November 1. The police have granted permission for the rally with strict conditions, and have directed the organisers to ensure that the rally remains peaceful and concludes by 5 p.m.
Why is INDIA bloc protesting
The Opposition INDIA bloc has planned a "mega rally" at Ramlila Maidan on November 1 over the "vote chori" issue and to press for the resignation of CEC Gyanesh Kumar. A march has also been planned at noon from the Minto Road-Connaught Place junction to the Ramlila Maidan.
Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of Opposition (LoP) in the Lok Sabha, has urged people to join INDIA bloc's November 1 'Chalo Dilli' march.
"The 'Chalo Dilli' Ramlila March is a march to save democracy, to put an end to the theft of votes, and to protect the Constitution," the Congress leader said.
However, traders' associations have raised objections to the rally being held ahead of Diwali (November 8, 2026), citing the possible impact of traffic restrictions on businesses around Ramlila Maidan.
The INDIA bloc will also be holding a "public impeachment" proceeding against the CEC on October 31, which was postponed from October 30 due to the rain in the national capital.
The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), founded by Abhijeet Dipke, has also extended support to the November 1 rally.
