Global agriculture firm UPL Ltd on Monday posted a 26.14 per cent drop in its consolidated net profit to Rs 452 crore for the second quarter of 2026-27 on lower sales.

The company had clocked a net profit of Rs 612 crore in the same period last year, according to a regulatory filing.
