Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi picked Maruti Suzuki India and Tilaknagar Industries for Navratri SIP investments. He said, "investors can make additional investments if the stock prices fall below the suggested levels." Singhvi suggested entering at three levels for a one to three-year horizon to get good returns.

Navratri Special SIP Stocks: In the 'Navratna' SIP Stocks series, Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi has picked two more stocks for SIP investments. These stocks are Maruti Suzuki India and Tilaknagar Industries.

Previously, he recommended Groww and Mangalam Cement.

Singhvi has suggested entering these stocks at three different levels rather than investing the entire amount at once. He also said investors can make additional investments if the stock prices fall below the suggested levels.

The suggested investment horizon for both stocks is one to three years.

Anil Singhvi has recommended Maruti Suzuki India for SIP investments. He suggested investing in three stages rather than making a lump-sum investment. This strategy can help average the purchase cost of the stock.

For Maruti Suzuki, he suggested that investors could buy more shares if the stock falls by 10 per cent.

The target prices are Rs 13,000, Rs 14,700 and Rs 18,000. The suggested investment horizon is one to three years.

Singhvi said Maruti Suzuki is a market leader with a 41 per cent market share. The company could benefit from the recent goods and services tax (GST) cuts, which have supported demand for small cars.

Its SUV portfolio is another potential growth driver. Higher exports could also support revenue. The expected increase in income following the implementation of the 8th Pay Commission for government employees could provide further support to vehicle demand, he added.

The company is also looking to expand its flex-fuel vehicle portfolio, including versions of the Fronx and WagonR. Management expects volume growth of 10 per cent, Singhvi noted.

Revenue could grow by 14 per cent annually, while operating profit may increase by 12 per cent annually.

Brokerage firm Citi has also given the stock a Buy rating, with a target price of Rs 16,500.

The second stock picked by Singhvi is Tilaknagar Industries.

According to Singhvi, the company is preparing to expand beyond its traditional regional presence and become a national player in the Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL) market.

The share of its legacy business in South India has declined from 90 per cent to 50 per cent. The company is looking to expand its presence in other markets, he added.

The integration of Imperial Blue is seen as an important growth driver. Expansion into other categories could also support growth. Liquor reforms in Tamil Nadu could open up a market of 6.5 crore cases, while higher prices in Telangana may benefit the company, Singhvi noted.

The company is also diversifying through investments in distilled spirits businesses, he said. The India-UK Free Trade Agreement (FTA) could improve margins by around 0.3 to 0.5 percentage points.

Improved cash flow is expected to help reduce net debt. For FY27 to FY29, the company is expected to report annual revenue growth of 14 per cent and annual earnings per share (EPS) growth of 45 per cent, Singhvi said.

Singhvi has suggested investing in this stock in three stages as well, with two additional investments if the stock falls by 15 per cent at each subsequent level.

The target prices are Rs 680, Rs 820 and Rs 1,000. The suggested investment horizon is one to three years.

Brokerage firm DAM Capital has also given Tilaknagar Industries a Buy rating, with a target price of Rs 730.
