Ranbir Kapoor, Yash and Sai Pallavi are currently in Los Angeles for the grand premiere of their film Ramayana. It took place at the David Geffen Theatre inside the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in LA. Ranbir and his co-stars were recently seen on the red carpet at the film premiere. They were joined by Ramayana director Nitesh Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra. Glimpses of their candid moments with fans and media interactions have surfaced online. The visuals show Ranbir and Yash sharing a warm hug and them making stylish entry at the premiere.

Ranbir looked dapper while arriving at the LA premiere of Ramayana. The actor flashed his million-dollar smile and waved at fans as soon as he arrived at the venue. Ranbir, who plays Lord Rama, was seen signing autographs and clicking selfies with his fans. The actor also shared a warm hug with his co-star Yash, who portrays Ravana.

Yash, on the other hand, opted for an all-black look for the grand event. The actor was accompanied by his wife Radhika Pandit. While the Ramayana actor looked handsome in black, his beloved wife looked breathtakingly beautiful in a saree. Ramayana's lead actress Sai, too, exuded elegance in a pretty saree.

At the grand premiere, producer Namit told PTI that the event aimed at introducing the film to Western audiences rather than just Indian audiences living in the United States. "You have a mainstream Western audience that's coming in to see it. It's not like we've come to America to show the film to Indian people because we would rather do that in India," he said.

He further spoke about Ramayana's hoardings across the US and called its visibility an important step for Indian cinema. According to Namit, this event was meant to give the mythological epic greater recognition globally.

Talking about Ramayana, it is a two-part cinematic event mounted on a budget of Rs 4,000 crore. The film features Ranbir as Lord Rama, Yash as Ravana, Sai as Goddess Sita, Ravie Dubey as Lord Lakshman, Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman, and more. The supporting star cast includes - Arun Govil, Lara Dutta, Vivek Oberoi, Rakul Preet Singh, Indira Krishnan, Nitish Sharma, Kunal Kapoor, among others.

The first part is scheduled for a grand theatrical release on November 5, while the second part will arrive next year on Diwali 2027.
