OTT platforms get many new titles between November 2 and November 8. Viewers can watch Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar in the thriller Haiwaan on November 6. The animated film Minions And Monsters started streaming on November 2. These releases offer a mix of drama, mystery, and family fun.

OTT releases this week: Haiwaan, The Vvaan, Black Doves 2, Minions And Monsters and more movies and shows streaming from November 2-8.

November begins with a crowded streaming calendar that moves comfortably between thrillers, fantasy, animation, romance, true crime and historical drama. Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar find themselves on opposite sides of a murder mystery in Priyadarshan’s Haiwaan, while the Minions return for another animated misadventure in Minions And Monsters. Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia, meanwhile, enter the realm of folklore and supernatural forces with The Vvaan: Force of the Forrest.

The week also brings Keira Knightley back into the dangerous double life of Helen Webb in Black Doves Season 2, Dulquer Salmaan playing a compulsive risk-taker in I’m Game, and The Greatest revisiting Muhammad Ali’s extraordinary journey through boxing, politics and activism. From a dramatisation of the 1985 Palace of Justice siege and Stephen King’s The Institute to Tamil romance, Telugu rural drama and Christmas comfort viewing, here is everything arriving on OTT platforms between November 2 and November 8.

Haiwaan – SonyLIV, November 6

Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar reunite under Priyadarshan’s direction for a thriller in which one man’s inability to see forces him to notice everything that others overlook.

An official remake of the 2016 Malayalam film Oppam, Haiwaan stars Saif as a visually impaired caretaker whose otherwise ordinary existence is shattered when he discovers a dead body. Circumstantial evidence quickly turns him from witness into the investigation’s principal suspect, leaving him with little time to prove that the police are pursuing the wrong man.

Unable to rely on sight, he begins reconstructing the crime through sound, smell, touch and memory, gradually following clues that lead towards the actual killer.

Akshay Kumar plays the vengeful murderer at the centre of the mystery, setting up a cat-and-mouse pursuit between two men operating with very different advantages. With the investigation closing around him, Saif’s character must identify and outwit the killer before the authorities formally pin the murder on him.

Minions And Monsters – JioHotstar, November 2

The Minions are back, which means carefully laid plans are unlikely to remain careful for very long.

Directed by Pierre Coffin and Patrick Delage, Minions And Monsters sends the familiar yellow troublemakers into another animated adventure built around their particular talent for transforming straightforward situations into escalating chaos.

The film arrives as an easy family-friendly option for the festive week, bringing the slapstick humour and manic energy associated with the franchise back to streaming.

Alongside its primary version, Minions And Monsters is also available with a Telugu dub, widening its reach for audiences looking for a light animated watch to begin November.

The Vvaan: Force Of The Forrest – Prime Video, November 6

Sidharth Malhotra enters a world where scepticism offers very little protection from ancient forces in this fantasy thriller co-starring Tamannaah Bhatia.

Malhotra plays Rishi, a rationalist who returns to his ancestral village for an apparently practical reason: he wants to sell his family’s land. But his homecoming takes a supernatural turn when he ventures into a forbidden forest and accidentally breaks an ancient seal.

Whatever had been contained there is no longer dormant.

Directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra and produced by Ekta Kapoor, the film brings folklore and fantasy into Rishi’s confrontation with a force his rational worldview cannot easily explain. Tamannaah Bhatia stars alongside Malhotra, with Shweta Tiwari, Sunil Grover and Maniesh Paul also appearing in the ensemble.

The film arrives on Prime Video on November 6, initially as a rental title.

Black Doves Season 2 – Netflix, November 5

Helen Webb has spent years maintaining an extraordinary separation between her family life and her work as an assassin. Her husband’s political ascent is about to make that arrangement considerably harder.

Keira Knightley returns alongside Ben Whishaw for the second season of the British spy thriller, with Helen continuing to conceal the lethal reality of her profession from the man she married.

The problem is that her husband is now preparing to become the next Prime Minister. His growing political visibility puts Helen frighteningly close to the very structures of power her covert work routinely intersects with.

The new season tightens the distance between espionage and domestic life as Helen attempts to operate within a secret network while simultaneously occupying one of the most scrutinised households in British politics. The closer her husband gets to Downing Street, the less room she has for either professional mistakes or personal secrets.

I’m Game – JioHotstar, November 6

For Dan John, risk is less a temporary thrill than an entire philosophy of life.

Dulquer Salmaan headlines this action thriller from director Nahas Hidayath as a fearless gambler whose confidence in chance repeatedly pushes him towards situations where the stakes extend far beyond money.

Dan’s belief in his own luck has allowed him to live without much fear of consequences. But every gamble creates another risk, and his choices gradually pull him into increasingly dangerous circumstances.

As his confidence collides with situations he cannot simply bluff his way through, Dan is forced to deal with what happens when chance finally stops favouring the man who has built his identity around beating the odds.

The Greatest – Prime Video, November 4

Muhammad Ali’s story cannot be adequately told through championship belts and boxing records alone.

This biographical series chronicles the life of one of sport’s most consequential figures, beginning with Ali’s rapid rise through the heavyweight ranks before widening its focus towards the beliefs and political decisions that made him a cultural force far beyond boxing.

His religious conversion and political activism become central to the story, as does the period when his refusal to compromise his convictions resulted in exile from the sport at the height of his abilities.

Set against the turbulence of the 1960s and 1970s, The Greatest places Ali’s athletic accomplishments alongside the political battles that defined his public identity, examining how a heavyweight champion became one of the era’s most recognisable voices of resistance.

Under Siege – Netflix, November 6

One of Colombia’s most traumatic historical episodes becomes the subject of this eight-part limited series.

The story begins on November 6, 1985, when members of the M-19 guerrilla organisation stormed Bogotá’s Palace of Justice and took more than 300 people hostage, including Supreme Court justices.

The siege rapidly escalated into a national catastrophe. The series recreates the initial takeover before following the military operation to retake the building the following day.

But its story does not end when the physical siege does. Under Siege also examines the decades of legal battles that followed, particularly the efforts by victims’ families to establish accountability and answers surrounding what happened during and after the confrontation.

Meesaya Murukku 2 – SonyLIV, November 6

Hiphop Tamizha Adhi returns to the musical world of Meesaya Murukku with a sequel that ties romantic turmoil to a much older family history.

The resulting conflict does more than threaten Jeeva’s relationship. It pushes him towards buried chapters of his family’s musical past, revealing a history that begins reshaping his understanding of his own ambitions.

Possible Love – Netflix, November 6

South Korean filmmaker Lee Chang-dong returns after an eight-year hiatus with a drama about two marriages whose emotional fault lines become visible when their lives unexpectedly intersect.

The story brings together a laid-off worker and his wife with a documentary filmmaker and her husband during the making of a film project.

Their contrasting circumstances initially separate them, but prolonged proximity begins exposing desires, frustrations and assumptions that have remained hidden inside both relationships.

Rather than reducing the encounter to a straightforward romantic equation, the film follows the shifting emotional terrain between four adults as professional uncertainty, marriage and private longing begin bleeding into one another.

Stick Season 2 – Apple TV, November 4

Pryce Cahill remains a long way from repairing his own career, but helping somebody else build one may prove to be his unlikely second chance.

Owen Wilson returns as the washed-up former professional golfer in the second season of the sports comedy, alongside Peter Dager as teenage prodigy Santi Wheeler.

Their partnership continues on the competitive amateur circuit, where Santi’s potential brings opportunity alongside mounting pressure. Pryce, meanwhile, must determine whether his experience can genuinely guide the younger player or whether his own unresolved failures will become another obstacle.

Marc Maron, Rhea Seehorn and Judy Greer return as the series continues balancing golf with the messy personal lives surrounding the people attempting to succeed at it.

Blind Game – ZEE5, November 4

Five crore rupees disappear, and a group of friends suddenly finds itself under the scrutiny of a police officer determined to understand where the money went.

Arjun Rampal plays Sikander, the investigating officer at the centre of this Hindi suspense thriller. His search for the missing money brings him towards a circle of friends whose relationships and individual accounts become increasingly important to the case.

Priyamani stars as Yamini, while Rohit Chandel also features in the film.

As Sikander works through competing versions of events, the mystery turns the friends’ familiarity with one another into a source of suspicion, with the missing fortune raising the obvious question of who knew enough about the others to make it disappear.

Taken: Natalee Holloway – Netflix, November 4

More than two decades after Natalee Holloway disappeared during a graduation trip to Aruba, this three-part documentary series returns to the case.

The 18-year-old American student vanished in 2005, triggering an investigation that became the subject of intense international media attention.

Directed by Dani Sloane and Matthew Galkin, the documentary reconstructs the immediate timeline surrounding Holloway’s disappearance using archival material, including previously unseen footage, alongside access to investigators involved in the original case.

The series also follows her family’s long pursuit of answers and criminal justice, examining the difficulties created by an investigation that crossed national borders and continued long after the initial search had ended.

Bass X Machina – Netflix, November 3

A lawless frontier becomes even less hospitable when supernatural monsters and rogue machinery join the usual catalogue of dangers.

Brian Tyree Henry, Tati Gabrielle and Janelle Monáe lend their voices to this six-episode adult animated steampunk Western created by LeSean Thomas.

At its centre is an ageing gunslinger attempting to protect his family in a violent wilderness where conventional law carries little authority. Acting as judge, jury and executioner places him in a position of enormous power, but maintaining order comes with an increasingly personal cost.

The series combines Western iconography with mechanical technology and supernatural horror, constructing a frontier where survival requires confronting threats that are not always entirely human.

One Year To Live, Buy A Man – Netflix, November 5

A terminal diagnosis leads a young woman towards an unusual arrangement in this Japanese romantic drama adapted from a popular webcomic.

Told that she has only one year left to live, she is forced to confront a future that has abruptly become finite. Rather than allowing her remaining savings to sit unused, she makes an unconventional decision.

She financially supports a struggling aspiring actor in return for his time, companionship and entertainment during her final months.

What begins as an explicitly transactional arrangement gradually becomes harder to define. As the boundaries between employment, companionship and affection dissolve, both are forced to reckon with a relationship whose emotional future is constrained by the very reason it began.

A Dog’s Perfect Christmas – Netflix, November 4

A family already struggling to hold itself together enters the Christmas season with very little festive harmony left.

Then a stray puppy enters their lives.

The dog’s arrival forces the fractured family to cooperate, creating a shared responsibility at precisely the moment they seem least capable of working together.

The film uses the resourceful newcomer as the catalyst for a familiar holiday proposition: sometimes repairing a family begins with giving everyone something outside themselves to care about.

Dilwali Diwali – Netflix, November 5

Coming home for Diwali sounds uncomplicated until everybody who remembers an older version of you is waiting inside.

Mihir Ahuja leads this family drama from director Ritesh Menon as a young man returning home for the festival, only to find himself caught between his own choices and the expectations of an older generation.

His arrival brings unresolved tensions to the surface as what should be a celebratory gathering turns into a succession of uncomfortable conversations and emotional revelations.

Produced by Terribly Tiny Tales, the film also stars Manoj Pahwa and Neelu Kohli. The extended-family setting gives the drama its pressure cooker, using Diwali not merely as festive decoration but as the occasion that forces relatives with very different expectations into the same space.

North Of North Season 2 – Netflix, November 5

Winter settles over Ice Cove as Siaja continues trying to build an identity that extends beyond what everybody around her expects.

The Canadian comedy returns to its tight-knit Arctic community with its young Inuk mother determined to prove herself professionally.

Siaja wants her boss to recognise that she is capable of far more than managing schedules and completing routine administrative work. Her attempt to claim greater responsibility, however, unfolds alongside the demands of motherhood and a personal life that is changing just as quickly.

The second season continues using the intimacy of small-community life for both humour and conflict, where personal reinvention becomes particularly difficult when practically everybody knows where you started.

Nooru Kodi Vaanavil – ZEE5, November 6

Harish Kalyan and Siddhi Idnani lead this Tamil romantic drama from director Sasi, which reaches audiences through a direct digital premiere after a long delay.

The film centres on a young couple attempting to preserve their relationship while facing very different expectations from the families surrounding them.

Their problems are grounded less in grand romantic obstacles than the pressures that accumulate around everyday life, family responsibilities and the compromises expected from both partners.

As external demands begin weighing more heavily on the relationship, the protagonist is forced to consider what he is genuinely prepared to sacrifice to keep their connection intact.

The Institute Season 2 – MGM+ Via Prime Video, November 8

Escaping the Institute was only part of the battle. Destroying the system behind it is considerably more difficult.

The science-fiction thriller based on Stephen King’s novel returns after the explosive events of its first season, with Luke and Tim continuing their fight against the clandestine organisation responsible for abducting children with psychic abilities.

Those children are exploited as human resources for precognitive predictions, and the protagonists now turn their attention towards dismantling the remaining facilities that allow the operation to continue.

The new season introduces Alfie Allen as Nolan Reeves, a mysterious operative whose arrival complicates the fight against the organisation and raises fresh questions about just how extensive its surviving network really is.

Anakapalli – Sun NXT, November 3

Rural Andhra Pradesh provides the setting for this Telugu drama, which places a love story inside a village whose equilibrium is unexpectedly disturbed.

Directed by Khagesh Tammineni, Anakapalli stars Vikram Sahidev and Sandhya Vasishta at the centre of its romantic narrative.

Their story unfolds against the rhythms and relationships of village life until the arrival of a character played by Tarak Ponnappa disrupts the existing peace.

His presence changes the dynamics surrounding the central relationship, turning what begins as a rural romance into a drama shaped by the tensions his arrival brings into the community.

Balu & Geetha – ETV Win, November 5

The Telugu film Balu & Geetha makes its streaming premiere on ETV Win on November 5.

The title joins the week’s substantial Telugu-language streaming lineup and arrives as a fresh digital release for viewers looking beyond the larger Hindi, Tamil and international premieres.

Further story details were not included in the release information, making its streaming arrival the principal confirmed detail ahead of its November 5 premiere.
