And now, Karishma has returned to the Garba stage during Navratri 2026 after welcoming a baby two months ago. She attended a Garba event in Hyderabad recently and played the traditional folk dance after a long time. The actress shared a video of herself dancing to garba beats at the event and said that she danced garba again after a year. In her caption, the Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi actress also spoke about her postpartum recovery and how she is still finding her rhythm.
Karishma Tanna Plays Garba Two Months After Welcoming Baby
Karishma Tanna's post is going viral on social media, in which she opened up about her postpartum recovery, embracing motherhood and finding a balance between her family and her passion for performing. In the note, the actress wrote, "After a year, I danced garba again... and my heart felt right at home. Just over two months postpartum, I'm still healing, I am still few kgs heavy, still finding my rhythm. But this Mommy has dreams, too. I'm happiest with my family, and there's a happiness I find on stage that's always been a part of me. I'm learning to make room for both, one day at a time." (sic)
She also explained how her work, dance and love for the audience are a blessing for her. She thanked the Hyderabad audience for showering love on her. In the video, Karishma Tanna is dancing her heart out. She has indeed shown her garba skills quite beautifully.
