Proposed projects include integrated townships in Sonipat and Panipat, consisting of residential and commercial spaces. TREVOC also plans to develop approximately five lakh sq. ft. of commercial property alongside its residential portfolio.
Gurugram-based real estate developer TREVOC is planning an investment and development pipeline of are 800–1,000 crore over the next three years, with a targeted gross development value (GDV) of ₹3,000–3,500 crore.
The proposed roadmap comprises approximately two to three new projects and expansion into select Haryana markets, with Sonipat and Panipat currently under evaluation.
The company is exploring integrated townships spanning approximately 80–100 acres in these markets, comprising residential plots, villas and commercial spaces. It is targeting early 2027 for the launch of the first phase of its Tier-2 expansion.
The company’s three-year roadmap also envisages approximately five lakh sq. ft. of commercial development alongside its proposed residential portfolio.
“We are evaluating Sonipat and Panipat as part of our next phase of expansion, with a focus on locations where improving connectivity and economic activity can support long-term demand. The company said that regional infrastructure, including the Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II) and Kundli–Manesar–Palwal (KMP) Expressway, are the key factors supporting its evaluation of emerging Haryana markets.
“We believe that residential and commercial spaces need to be considered as part of a larger environment, with attention to how people will use them in their everyday lives. Our focus remains on thoughtful planning, the right mix of spaces and consistent execution, so that the projects we create have lasting value for the people who live and work in them,” said Sehaj Chawla, Managing Director, TREVOC Group.
The proposed expansion would diversify TREVOC’s geographical presence and development mix.
Tier-2 Haryana markets are expected to form an important part of the company’s growth strategy, complementing its existing presence.
TREVOC plans to develop nearly 5 million sq ft of residential space, about 1 million sq ft of retail and office assets, and 75–100 acres of plotted developments in tier-2 cities over the next three years. The Group has recently launched an ultra-luxury project, TREVOC Royal Residences on Golf Course Road, Gurugram. The 27-storey development comprises 172 residences.
