Signature Global awarded a construction contract worth Rs 496 crore to B L Kashyap & Sons for a luxury project. This project, named 'Tonino Lamborghini Residences', will be located in Gurugram's Sector 71 and spans 12.40 acres. It consists of 812 premium flats and aims for completion in 5 to 6 years. Earlier, Signature Global partnered with Tonino Lamborghini to invest nearly Rs 2,900 crore for this housing project.
New Delhi: Realty firm Signature Global has awarded a nearly Rs 500 crore contract to B L Kashyap & Sons for construction of its luxury housing project in Gurugram.
In April this year, Signature Global tied up with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to develop a luxury housing project in Gurugram with an investment of nearly Rs 2,900 crore.
Now, the company has awarded a construction contract worth Rs 496 crore to B L Kashyap & Sons Ltd for its branded residential project, 'Tonino Lamborghini Residences', at Sector 71 in Gurugram.
The project is expected to be completed in 5- 6 years, the company said in a statement.
"As India's first Tonino Lamborghini branded residences, the project demands a standard of execution that matches its design ambition, and B L Kashyap experience and engineering capability make them the right partner for it," Lalit Aggarwal, Co-Founder and Vice Chairman, Signature Global, said.
Spread across 12.40 acres, the project comprises 812 premium flats.
Signature Global, one of the leading real estate developers in the country, sold properties worth Rs 8,250 crore in the last fiscal and eyes sales bookings of Rs 10,000 crore in 2026-27 financial year.
The company has delivered 19.2 million sq ft of real estate since inception.
