Snack brand Troovy raised Rs 100 crore in a Series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures. The Gurugram-based company plans to use these funds to expand its manufacturing capacity and scale distribution. Co-founded in 2023, the brand offers healthy snacks, sauces, and millet pasta for children and their families.
Snack brand Troovy has raised Rs 100 crore in a Series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures, with participation from Sharrp Ventures and other investors.
Entrackr had exclusively reported the fundraise in June this year, when the company was looking to raise up to Rs 200 crore in a Series B round.
The Gurugram-based brand had previously raised $5 million in a Series A round in January this year. The round was led by Fireside Ventures and Sharrp Ventures, with participation from existing investors Spring Marketing Capital and Veltis Capital. Before that, the startup had raised $2.3 million (Rs 20 crore) in a pre-Series A round led by Fireside Ventures in May 2025.
The proceeds will be used to expand R&D and manufacturing capacity, scale distribution across quick commerce and offline channels, and accelerate its Build Together model, Troovy said in a press release.
Co-founded in 2023 by Aditya Mukherjee and Mansi Baranwal, Troovy is a food and snacking brand that offers products such as snacks, sauces, spreads and millet pasta. The brand focuses on using carefully selected ingredients to offer convenient food options for children and families.
The company develops products based on parental inputs and insights into children's preferences. It aims to make better food choices more appealing through product innovation and a consumer-first approach.
Troovy said its vacuum-cooked potato chips contain 10% to 12% oil, compared with 35% to 40% in mainstream chips. The company also offers clean-label ketchup and seasonings for children without synthetic additives or preservatives.
The brand competes with Slurrp Farm, Timios and The Mumum Co in the kids' health food segment.
Brands such as Troovy, Slurrp Farm, Open Secret and Beyond Snack are tapping into demand for better-for-you foods while expanding across direct-to-consumer (D2C), e-commerce, quick-commerce and offline retail channels.
The sector has also attracted investor interest. Slurrp Farm secured Rs 30 crore in an extended Series C round from Scarlet Ventures in February this year. In July 2026, Open Secret raised Rs 50 crore through an equity investment from Desai Brothers Group and institutional debt.
