O-Health secured strategic funding from investors including Sangita Reddy and BugleRock Capital on Saturday. The company plans to use the money to build indigenous AI models and clinical hardware. CEO Arunoday Singh said, “The larger objective remains unchanged: making healthcare more accessible through technology that works in the world.”
Synopsis
O-Health has received strategic funding from several investors to advance its healthcare technology solutions. The company aims to enhance its voice-first AI-enabled clinical pre-assessment platform for better patient information management. The investment will support the expansion into additional healthcare sectors and development of indigenous AI models and clinical hardware. O-Health plans to broaden its focus to include preventive health technologies and intelligent hospital workflows.
New : O-Health, an Indian healthcare technology company building indigenous edge AI and clinical hardware, said on Saturday that it has secured strategic funding from Sangita Reddy of Apollo Hospitals, Singapore-based BugleRock Capital, Perpetual Capital led by Pranav Prashanth and Anvitha Prashanth, Varun Dua of ACKO, a Delhi-based family office, and other investors.
However, the startup did not disclose the funding amount. It said the capital will be utilised to drive its business growth.
“The funding marks a significant milestone in O-Health's evolution — from an early rural healthcare prototype to research collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), clinical validation at AIIMS New Delhi, intellectual property development and expansion across multiple healthcare institutions,” it said.
O-Health has developed a voice-first, AI-enabled clinical pre-assessment platform designed to capture patient narratives, ask contextually relevant follow-up questions, and convert conversations into structured clinical information for doctors ahead of consultations.

The solution aims to reduce repetitive information gathering while helping clinicians review relevant patient information more efficiently.
The newly secured investment will support the development of indigenous edge AI models, advanced clinical hardware, product engineering, manufacturing readiness and expansion into additional healthcare verticals.
A key priority will be building technologies that can operate within healthcare institutions, supporting greater control over data processing, infrastructure and deployment.
O-Health said it intends to expand beyond its initial focus on outpatient clinical pre-assessment into a broader ecosystem of healthcare solutions, including preventive health technologies, connected clinical devices, intelligent hospital workflows and AI-enabled patient monitoring.
This next phase will also support the commercial expansion of O-Health's existing technology across public and private healthcare institutions.
“My interest in healthcare technology started long before AI became a mainstream investment theme…this investment is an important milestone, but the larger objective remains unchanged: making healthcare more accessible through technology that works in the real world,” said Arunoday Singh, CEO, O-Health.
“Building healthcare technology is a continuous engineering process…we are now focused on taking that learning into indigenous AI models, clinical hardware and healthcare products that can scale across multiple applications,” said Akshar KR, CTO, O-Health.
