Aeroflex Industries raised its FY27 revenue growth guidance to over 60% after a strong first half. Chairman Asad Daud said, "We expect this year to clock upwards of 60% in terms of revenue growth." The company also expects EBITDA growth of over 70% as it expands its production capacity.

Aeroflex Industries has raised its FY27 revenue growth guidance to over 60% after a strong first half and expects EBITDA growth of more than 70%. The company also outlined capex, margin and capacity expansion plans.

Aeroflex Industries has raised its growth outlook for the financial year 2026-27 (FY27) after delivering a strong first-half performance. Chairman and Managing Director Asad Daud expects revenue growth of more than 60% and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) growth of over 70% for the year.

The revised guidance comes as the stainless steel flexible hose manufacturer continues to benefit from strong demand and capacity expansion.

Daud also outlined plans to complete a major capital expenditure programme next financial year, with the investment expected to support higher production and future growth.

Daud said, "We expect this year to clock upwards of 60% in terms of revenue growth, and upwards of 70% in terms of EBITDA growth." The company had earlier guided for around 35% revenue growth.

Aeroflex's July-September 2026 quarter performance prompted the upgrade after the company reported around 80% revenue growth and 160% profit growth in the first half of the financial year.

Daud said the company expects EBITDA margins to remain between 23.5% and 24% for FY27.

"We expect this year to close anywhere between 23.5% and 24%," he said.

The company is also undertaking a capital expenditure programme that is expected to be completed next financial year. Daud said the investment will primarily be funded through internal accruals and bank financing, while equity issuance would be considered only if required.

Aeroflex expects the new capacity to reach peak utilisation by the financial year 2029-30 (FY30), supporting long-term growth.

The company's skid assemblies business, which currently contributes about 25% of overall revenue, is also expected to expand. Management expects this segment to account for more than 35% of total business over the next few years, providing another growth avenue.

Daud also said Aeroflex has improved its working capital position and remains focused on further optimisation despite global supply chain challenges.
