Ho Chi Minh City beat Bangkok and Singapore to become the world’s best street food city. It got a 63% approval rating in a Time Out ranking. The magazine said, "the promise of sizzling woks and freshly prepared street food is a major draw for travelers seeking culinary experiences abroad."
