College football rankings: Preseason top-25 teams, according to us

SB Nation started its preseason Top 25 college football rankings today. The list features Boise State at 25 and Tennessee at 24. Regarding his quarterback choice, coach Josh Heupel said, “Yeah, we’ve played freshmen quarterback in my history, four or five of those guys started as freshmen or redshirt freshmen.”
