GPM1 Strengthens Early Graft Adhesion Across Legume Crops

Researchers from Nagoya University, Kyoto University, and Huazhong Agricultural University published a study in Horticulture Research on 13 March 2026. They identified graft-promoting molecule 1, or GPM1, which strengthens early graft adhesion across many legume crops. This molecule helps plants heal better without stopping their primary root growth or development.
