Writer arrested for allegedly beating wife calls Sophie Cunningham 'anti-trans, anti-black' in wild op-ed

Sportswriter Howard Bryant called Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham an "anti-Black, anti-transgender culture war ambassador" in a recent Guardian op-ed. Bryant compared her political stance to Colin Kaepernick after she said young girls should not compete against biological males. Many Americans currently support Cunningham’s view on protecting female sports categories.
