US states sue to block Trump tariffs impacting dozens of countries

Twenty-five US states sued the Trump administration on Monday to block new tariffs on goods from 60 trading partners. These 10% to 12.5% duties started in July. Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield said, "We're all paying the price for these unlawful tariffs, not foreign governments." Many countries now face these costs.
