Police identify 18-year-old killed in early-morning shooting in NE Portland

Police identified 18-year-old Terrell Granberg as the victim killed during a shooting at a Northeast Portland house party. The incident happened after 3:30 a.m. on Northeast Alberta Street, leaving five others injured. Police Chief Bob Day said, "It's probably one of the larger, more complex crime scenes." No arrests occurred.
