Olympic canoeist charged by Pirro seeks to permanently sink Reflecting Pool case

Attorneys for Olympic canoeist David Hearn are seeking to permanently end a felony case involving the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. After prosecutors moved to dismiss charges on Friday, Hearn’s team argued the case was “motivated by political considerations and devoid of adequate factual support” and should not be brought again.
