Dem Sen Tim Kaine says US boat strikes resulted in 'murder victims'

Sen. Tim Kaine said in an Aug. 3 letter that US boat strikes killed people who were not drug traffickers. Kaine called them "murder victims" after reviewing classified documents about the operations. The White House said these strikes target narcoterrorists to stop drugs from entering the United States of America.
