Bouchard, Hines to clash for open James seat in competitive Michigan House race

Former prosecutor Christina Hines won the Democratic nomination for Michigan's 10th Congressional District. She now faces GOP nominee Mike Bouchard in a competitive November race. The seat opened after Rep. John James decided to run for governor. Both parties see this Macomb County district as a key battleground this year.
