Watch: Takashi Miike's 'Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo' explores corruption, violence

Neon released the teaser trailer for Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo on Monday. Directed by Takashi Miike, the film stars Shun Oguri, Lily James and Liv Morgan. It follows a disgraced detective caught in a web of crime. The movie will play at the Toronto International Film Festival in September this year.
