Maria Bäck on 'Brave New Love,' Her Provocative Take on Motherhood, Desire and Modern Romance

Swedish-Danish director Maria Bäck presents her new feature, Brave New Love, which explores complex relationships and desire. The film stars Kathrine Thorborg Johansen as a mother caught in a love triangle. It world premieres Sunday, Aug. 9, in the main international competition at the 79th Locarno Film Festival in Switzerland.
