Andrew Rosenthal, owner of LA Dogworks, said Molly Shannon’s claim that he called her ugly is a fantasy. Shannon said a photographer insulted her during a shoot, but Rosenthal denied this. He said, "I am obnoxious sometimes, but I don't see myself saying 'you're ugly.'" He moved on from photography.
