Mariana Minerals raised $310m to mine critical metals autonomously on US soil. The two-year-old startup uses AI to speed up production of copper and lithium. Travis Kalanick said, “You cannot lead in the AI century without a domestic supply chain.” The firm aims to reduce reliance on Chinese mineral processing.
