Four Indian Grandmasters eye Esports World Cup 2026 Chess glory in Paris

Four Indian Grandmasters will compete at the Esports World Cup 2026 in Paris from August 11 to 15. Nihal Sarin, Aravindh Chithambaram, Pranesh M, and Arjun Erigaisi will play for a share of the USD 1.5 million prize pool. This marks the largest Indian contingent ever to join this major chess event.
