Canada's Carney says he has no confidence in FIFA's Infantino

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said Wednesday he has no confidence in FIFA President Gianni Infantino. Carney said Infantino committed a fatal governance failure by not consulting senior advisers about World Cup plans. "Certainly I don't have confidence in Mr. Infantino," he said. Many others also criticized the soccer leader.
