SpaceX rocket crashes into Moon: What happened and what scientists found

A stray SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket stage crashed into the Moon on Wednesday at 07:35 BST. The impact created a new crater near the Einstein crater. Scientists now hope to use NASA’s Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter to photograph the site and study the dust cloud that formed after the fast collision.
