SpaceX may launch next Starship this month, plans first-ever upper-stage tower catch

SpaceX aims to launch the next Starship test flight before the end of August. Elon Musk said, "Assuming we receive regulatory approval to do so, we will attempt to catch the Ship with the tower." This mission will also deploy Starlink V3 satellites into orbit for the first time ever.
