Lok Sabha passes MSME Development Amendment Bill without debate

The Lok Sabha passed the MSME Development Amendment Bill on Friday, August 7, 2026, without any debate. The new law aims to help small businesses get payments faster and fix liquidity issues. MSME Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi said, "the credit flow to MSMEs is rising steadily" across the country today.
