Kerala MVD Officer Fines Off-Road Vehicle Returning From Flood Rescue; Suspended

The Kerala MVD suspended officer Laiju for fining an off-road vehicle returning from flood relief work in Adoor three days ago. The officer charged the driver for missing documents and extra lights. MLA Abin Varkey said, "There must be a sense of propriety during situations like this," supporting the suspension.
