'Is Mohan Bhagwat running country?': Priyank Kharge attacks Centre

Karnataka minister Priyank Kharge on Friday, 7 August questioned the Centre over the absence of top leaders in Parliament. He asked, "Is Mohan Bhagwat running the country?" Kharge also criticized the RSS chief for commenting on foreign policy, saying the organization is confused about its role in national political issues.
