Seven years have passed since the government removed the special status of Jammu and Kashmir. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "Seven years ago, on this day, articles 370 and 35(A) became history." While the government promised growth, data showed that the economy struggled and higher education enrolment fell recently.
