Deepak Prakash now MLC, can continue as minister, Bihar government tells Supreme Court

The Bihar government told the Supreme Court on Friday that Deepak Prakash can continue as Panchayati Raj Minister after his nomination to the Bihar Legislative Council. The court questioned his status as he was not elected within the six-month limit. The bench asked for the nomination notification by the next hearing.
