Congress seeks Punjab report on alleged police-gangster nexus after FBI probe

The Congress on Wednesday questioned the Punjab government over an alleged police-gangster nexus after an FBI probe named a former SHO. Leader of the Opposition Partap Singh Bajwa demanded a detailed report on the matter. He said, "The allegations suggest that official police machinery was allegedly misused to facilitate organised crime."
