62 India-bound vessels transit Hormuz safely, 4,052 Indian seafarers repatriated, says govt

A total of 62 India-bound vessels safely transited the Strait of Hormuz, while 4,052 Indian seafarers got repatriated as on August 3. Minister Sarbananda Sonowal said on August 7 that the government maintains close contact with families and released Rs 10 lakh financial support to help those affected by the crisis.
