Who are Andrew Tuggle, Gavin Cain, Jackson Castro? Virginia teens rescue family from drowning, make it to golf squad

Eastern View High School students Andrew Tuggle, Gavin Cain, and Jackson Castro rescued a family from drowning at the Country Club of Culpeper. The teens swam 50 yards to help three people after their kayak capsized. Tuggle said, "The guy actually came up to me and said, 'You saved my life.'"
