Supreme Court stays arrest of Abhishek Banerjee aide Sumit Roy in Salboni land-grabbing case

The Supreme Court stayed the arrest of Abhishek Banerjee’s aide Sumit Roy in the Salboni land-grabbing case on Thursday. The bench directed him to cooperate fully with the ongoing investigation. The court said, "The petitioner to fully cooperate with the ongoing investigation." Roy must remain available for questioning daily.
