Supreme Court refuses to hear Mahua Moitra's plea against police appearance in hate speech case

The Supreme Court on Friday refused to hear Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra’s plea against a Calcutta High Court order. The court asked her to appear before the police for questioning in a hate speech case. Moitra withdrew the petition after the bench said she should not fear such issues.
