SC refuses relief to Bhupesh Baghel, declines to interfere in high court poll petition order

The Supreme Court refused relief to Bhupesh Baghel regarding a high court poll petition order. Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal argued, “It’s not a corrupt practice… It’s an electoral offence.” The court asked Baghel to raise his contentions before the high court after it rejected his application on June 15 earlier.
