SC directs time-bound disposal of Narayan Sai’s appeal against rape conviction

The Supreme Court directed the Gujarat High Court to decide Narayan Sai’s rape conviction appeal within three months. The bench said, “We request the high court to endeavour to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months.” Sai, jailed for 12 years, must now cooperate for this early hearing.
