Prithviraj Chavan urges Centre to appoint full-time education minister, rules out Cabinet faces

Senior Congress leader Prithviraj Chavan on Friday urged the Centre to appoint a full-time education minister. He said the temporary charge given to Pralhad Joshi is a stopgap. Chavan added, "I don't see any such person in the current Cabinet," while ruling out Devendra Fadnavis for the important national role.
