India again distances itself from Sheikh Hasina's remarks

The Indian government on Friday distanced itself from Sheikh Hasina’s recent news conference held in New Delhi. Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, "The government had no role to play in what was an event by a private media entity." Hasina fled Bangladesh in August 2024 and currently lives in India.
