Garuda Aerospace, Naini Papers, Adroit Industries receive SEBI approval to launch IPOs

Garuda Aerospace, Naini Papers, and Adroit Industries India got SEBI approval to launch their IPOs. SEBI issued observations on their draft papers in August 2026. These companies can now proceed with their fund-raising plans within one year. Garuda Aerospace aims to raise Rs 1,000 crore through its new share issue.
