The Delhi Pollution Control Committee report dated August 4 showed Yamuna pollution markers remain high despite monsoon flow. Faecal coliform levels at Asgarpur reached 320,000 MPN, far above the safe limit. While Palla showed better results, dissolved oxygen levels fell across the city, as sewage continues to enter the river stream.
