Karthik Manikandan’s dance production 'Enam' explores the inner life of Maricha, the golden deer from 'The Ramayana'. Karthik said, "I wanted to explore the many shades of the character." He blends Bharatanatyam and Kathakali to show Maricha’s complex journey. The one-hour-50 minute piece took seven months to reach its form.
