Specialised realty platforms drive India's next wave of IPOs

India’s real estate sector is seeing a new wave of IPOs from specialised platforms. Companies like co-working firms and student housing providers are now hitting the public markets. Lata Pillai of JLL said, "India's real estate IPO market is entering a new phase, one where institutionally managed platforms are stepping into the public markets."
